If your claim is in the city of Riyadh, please go to the Claims Center, but if it is in Jeddah and the Eastern Province, please go to the regional offices. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below.

In order to open your motor claim, please make sure that you have all below required documents visit the nearest Najm branch if the Najm branch is not available in your area where you are located please visit Amana branches as per below link:

  • Insured Insurance Certificate Copy

  • Insured Driving License Copy

  • Insured Registration Card Copy

  • Repair Permit

  • Location of the vehicle
